Pre order means the item you are wanting to purchase is currently not in stock, but it is on its way. Pre ordering the stock gives you the advantage of receiving the item before anyone else, as all pre order items get sent out first.
If you have purchased a pre order item and another item that is not on pre order, we will send out your full order once the pre order item is in stock. This is because shipping has only be covered for one delivery.
Not to worry, your item will be on its way. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances arrival of stock does get held up at times due to covid19. All times frames given are an estimation.
