- UPDATE 04/08/2020 -
Stage 4 restrictions were put in place from 6pm on Sunday 2 August for metropolitan Melbourne. For us here in Melbourne this means the following;

- Stay within 5km from home for shopping and exercise.

- From 2 August, a curfew will be in place in metropolitan Melbourne. Curfews will be in operation from 8pm to 5am every evening, with people only allowed to leave their house for work, and essential health, care or safety reasons.

What this means for you and your order?

Orders will and are still being processed as usual, however there may be a slight delay in the delivery of your order through our courier company. Instead of 1-3 delivery times please allow 7-10 days.

We hope everyone is keeping safe in these challenging times we are facing.

We wanted to inform you and all of our customers that as of July 3, 2020 Metropolitan Melbourne and the Mitchell Shire has been placed under stage 3 lockdown for the next 6 weeks. As we are a Melbourne based business there may be questions you may have. We have advised below the effects this lockdown will have on your order.

Business for us is as usual as we are considered an essential business in Melbourne. The manufacturing of our oak footrests and its completion for our 3rd batch still remains at Friday July 18, 2020 and ready for dispatch Monday July 20, 2020. Our bamboo footrests are still on schedule and will arrive in Melbourne the first week of August.

Even though business is as usual for us, there will be delays in the postage of your order that we have no control over. We do not know when the delivery shipping times will go back to norm, but please expect a further 2-3 days for your postage shipping.

As much as this is a challenging time for all of us, especially us here in Melbourne we are trying the best we can to get your orders out to you in a timely manner. We appreciate everyone’s support and those who have been kind enough to wait for their orders despite the hurdles we have overcome such as manufacturing delays and now covid19.
