There are widespread delays with everything due to the virus and a lot of precautions taken due to this which can slow down the normal rate of productivity for businesses (especially courier services)

There is also a massive rise in postal deliveries due to all retailers now switching to online sales only.

We are always all hands on deck so all handmade orders are made by us within 2-4 days business days of receiving payment. During a sale period, Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter etc. Turn around times will increase. We will inform customers of cut off periods via our socials & the website so please keep these times & dates in mind when placing your order.

 

We understand the importance of keeping the shipping cost low for our customers which is why we have made every effort to find the best deals we can in offering you the cheapest possible rates.


Shipping costs are estimated on size and weight of items. Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout and will be dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne.

We mainly use Australia post but for the odd heavier, bulkier package we will use Couriers Please.

Once the parcel leaves our hands we put our faith in the couriers to do their part and deliver parcels on time. In the event a parcel is delayed but still delivered we don't accept refunds on those orders.

If you have some last minute items to order don’t worry, we offer express shipping via Australia Post. 
This service is shipped from Melbourne and takes approximately 1-2 business days depending on your location.

Please be advised express postage refers to a faster postal service when your item is shipped. It doesn't affect or change our turn around times which are on the website.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to United States, Canada, New Zealand & United Kingdom currently. Your prices are automatically determined at checkout.

Some orders may incur a custom or import duty charge. These charges are based according to your countries regulations and compliances.

PICK UP
Pick up can be arranged by appointment only from our warehouse in
Coolaroo, Melbourne. Once the order has been placed please contact us to arrange a time for pick up. Our warehouse isn't open to the public so a time and day for pick up will need to be arranged.

 

RE DELIVERY

In the event the parcel has been returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address on the parcel we will organise re delivery at the customer's expense. We use the exact details provided on the order form so please make sure your address is correct before completing checkout.

All parcels are sent out with tracking and customers are also notified via email/text of their shipment. 
Please keep an eye on tracking in the event no one is home to receive the parcel and you need to collect from post office or organise re delivery. Parcels that are shipped back to us due to a customer not collecting their parcel will also need re delivery at the customer's expense.
